What to expect from a session
During remote healing sessions, we will chat briefly to set an intention, and then I will hang up the phone while I do my work remotely. At the appropriate time, I will call you back, and we will chat further about whatever is on your mind and explore any insights received. An active dreaming session is slightly different: instead of hanging up the phone, I will guide you on your own journey through the dreamscape. Coaching sessions may include a combination of modalities in addition to coaching and consultation. During any session, I may also channel healing frequencies and intuitive guidance while we speak.
To prepare for your session, it is best to find a quiet spot where you can lie down or sit in meditation with some privacy for the duration of the session. You may want to wrap yourself in a blanket, cover your eyes with an eye pillow, and light a candle. Now you are ready for your deeply relaxing, healing experience!
After the session, be sure to allow time to rest and integrate, and drink plenty of water. Although it is common for intense feelings or insights to surface, it is best not to act on them as things may continue to morph and shift for a few days.
Prior to the session, it would be helpful to reflect on your goals and intentions for the session. What is going on in your life right now that you could use some clarity or support around? What is coming up that needs to be healed?
